On the morning of October 7, 2025, at the Pur District Hall, Ms. Chea Bopha, Program Coordinator and representative of Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of the Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL), attended the Workshop on the Integration of the Commune and District Three-Year Rolling Investment Program (2026–2028).

The workshop was precised over by Mr. Ith Chumnit, President of the District Council, representing H.E. Khuong Sreng, Governor of Phnom Penh.

9. Head of the District Operational Health Office

10. Head of the District Tax Branch

11. Commune Chiefs, Commune Deputy Chiefs, relevant officials, and clerks from all 7 Communes in the district.
